Surrender to the Void event is going to be somewhat similar to what we seen once Corvus and Morrigan were introduced. One week event where you will gather coincs and could spend those or various useful things.

When is the titan event dates (Gift of Elements)
This is a COMPLETE GUESS, based on my feelings about when events come out: The Titan Event will happen next weekend, October 17th – 19th. Again, this is my guess, I do not have any special knowledge.
